The entrance to Bastion Mews is between Dough Cafe and Sink or Swim barbers.
Inside the panelled section, with the large Bastion Mews text is a staircase.
We are on the first floor in Space 7.
Unfortunately there is no lift, but the staircase is wide enough for a double pram to be carried up.
