❗Please read carefully ❗
🕝 ARRIVE PROMPTLY; you will receive instruction as a group, and can not be seated until the previous group have left and tables cleared.
✅ FINISH PROMPTLY; Your session lasts for 2 hours; you must be finished and paid up by the end of your two hours, as the next group will be arriving, or studio closing.
🪙 DEPOSITS; Your deposit covers your £5 Studio Fee each, and £5 towards your pottery, which is deducted when you settle at the end of the session. Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be moved to another day if appropriate notice is given.
🎨 NON-PAINTERS; Only one non-painter may accompany any group due to limited seating, and must pay a deposit. The £5 Studio Fee will be retained for their seat, but the other £5 will be deducted from a painter’s pottery.
🍴 FOOD IS PROHIBITED; Grease on your fingers will affect the glaze, and there are health and safety considerations around ingesting glazes.
🫖 DRINKS; Bird & Blend Loose leaf tea, and Cawston canned drinks and cartons are available for purchase in the studio. You may only bring your own drinks during Paint & Sip hours.
🥂 PAINT & SIP; Our 6pm - 8pm time slot is over 18s time slot only, where you are welcome to bring your own drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Glasses and a corkscrew are available to use in the studio.
🛍️ COLLECTION; It is a 2-4 week turnaround for pottery. If you need something fired for a certain event or date, please notify staff and they may be able to fast track your item. When items are ready, the booker will be notified by text, and all items must be collected by one person due to limited storage space. Uncollected pottery will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
